Oral surgeon uses hire purchase to acquire a new dental chair

The challenge
An existing customer - based in Cork - needed finance for a new dental chair costing around €26k to be used by an oral surgeon to offer specialist treatments, which will be a standalone revenue source for the practice.
The solution
At Close Brothers, we understand that having access to equipment is essential for dental practices to succeed. Our Area Sales Manager, Lorraine Blake, worked with the customer to find a suitable finance solution so they could acquire the dental chair.
We provided a hire purchase agreement, which enabled the dentist to repay the cost of the chair over a period of 60 months, giving them a long-term view of the fixed monthly payments they needed to make.
The results
The hire purchase agreement provided the dentist access to the equipment they needed to operate. With the new dental chair, the oral surgeon specialist can offer more advanced treatments, attract more patients, and increase revenue.
