The challenge

A well-known Galway veterinary practice was looking to enhance its diagnostic services and buy a new CT scanner costing €289K.

Because of the significant cost, they needed to find a suitable funding solution that would help maintain cash flow.

The solution

After working closely with the business to understand what they needed, Lorraine Blake, Area Sales Manager for Close Brothers, offered our customer a hire purchase agreement covering the full amount spread over 60 months.

At the end of the agreement, the practice will have full ownership of the CT scanner.

The result

Acquiring the asset allowed the veterinary practice to enhance its diagnostic capability and maintain cash flow – ultimately benefiting both the business and their customers.
