The customer, based in Northern Ireland, is a family business which was initially established in 1948. Since that time the company has evolved to become one of the largest independent suppliers of concrete in the region.
The firm wanted to move away from its current funding provider and turned to Close Brothers for a facility that offered higher levels of working capital. The increased facility size has allowed the company extra head room to expand while bad debt protection ensures that the business still receives payment in the event that their customers can’t settle their invoices.
